Kaltura, a provider of live and on-demand video SaaS solutions recently raised $150 million by offering 15 million shares at midpoint of their $9 to $11 prospective price range. The platform had more than 15 million authenticated users in 2020, and as of March 31, 2021, the company has approximately 1,000 customers. Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, and Deutsche Bank acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
