Paymentus, a cloud-based bill payment technology solution, recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire Payveris. Payveris provides cloud-based software to over 265 banks and credit unions with offerings ranging from bill pay, person-to-person, and account-to-account money movement and fraud prevention. The $152.2M acquisition will enable Paymentus to provide Payveris clients access to their trademarked Instant Payment Network.
