On Thursday (August 24), Ramp announced it raised $300M in a Series C funding round less than five months after raising $115M. The Series C round valued the spend management startup at $3.9B, more than double its previous $1.6B valuation in April. Concurrently, Ramp announced its acquisition of Buyer, a negotiation-as-a-service platform.
