Ola, traditionally a ride-hailing company, recently signed an acquisition agreement with Avail Finance. Ola initially transitioned into financial services with Ola Financial Services, a lending platform established seven years ago. The recent acquisition of Avail Financial will allow Ola to onboard users of Avail, along with utilizing its intellectual property, allowing for the expansion of its lending and banking products. Ola will now be able to cross-sell lending products to a larger driver-partner base and provide an all-in-one solution for financial needs.
