The Glimpse Group (NASDAQ:VRAR), a virtual reality and augmented reality platform company composed of multiple software and services subsidiaries creating VR/AR solutions, announced that its subsidiary company QReal acquired the assets of A.I-based PulpoAR. PulpoAR is an AR technology e-commerce firm located in Turkey that specializes in virtual try-on solutions for the Beauty and Retail industries. Additionally, PulpoAR develops AR Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) plugins for e-commerce platforms and digital signage devices that are simple to set up and scale. The deal is predominantly equity-based, consisting of a one-time cash payment and a nominally dilutive issuance of common shares (at $7.00/share).
