J.P. Morgan announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Renovite Technologies, a leading cloud-native payments technology company. The strategic acquisition of Renovite will support J.P. Morgan Payments’ move to the cloud, the development of its next-generation merchant acquiring platform, and its company-wide payments modernization plan. Renovite will join J.P. Morgan Payments after the deal closes, which integrates the company’s corporate treasury services, trade finance, card and merchant services capabilities.
