Paya, the independent provider of card processing solutions to businesses in the UK, has acquired fellow UK paytech Interactive Transaction Solutions (ITS). With the use of in-house technology, online tools, and customer support resources provided through its PayaCardServices, PayaCharity, LibertyPay, and QixPay brands, Paya offers a variety of card acceptance services to businesses across different industries. ITS will help Paya grow its business-to-business (B2B) payments business through its payments gateway and PCI DSS certifications, which will allow Paya to manage its own acquirer and terminal accreditations.
