Moneta Ventures, an Israeli venture capital firm focused on fintech investment, has finished the initial closing of its fourth fund, which will be used to invest in growth-stage insurtech assets. The new fund will oversee roughly $120 million. The largest payment provider in Israel, Isracard, is an anchor investor.
