Clear Street, an independent prime broker for secondary market securities, announced a $270 million investment from Prysm Capital, a growth equity firm that partners with great management teams to create transformative, generational, and long-lasting businesses. The investment, which values the company at $2.0 billion, is the second installment of a $435 million Series B round for the capital markets infrastructure company.
