Network International, a regional payments technology provider in MENA, has received two take-private acquisition bids this week, one from CVC Capital and Francisco Partners, and a second bid from Brookfield Asset Management, a Canadian alternative asset management company, which values the company at $2.8 billion. Jefferies has indicated that shareholders would look favorably at a 400 pence per share acquisition, but are waiting to see how the incipient bidding war plays out.
