Upp, a London-based fintech servicing the e-commerce space, announced the closing of a €9.1 million seed round. Upp’s technology optimizes ad expenditure, and enhances product discovery for online retailers. The new funds will be used to bolster its marketing and sales personnel. California-based venture capital firm Bonfire Ventures served as lead investor.
