Spenda, an electronic payment solutions company, has signed a memorandum of understanding with eBev to provide embed payment solutions across the eBev marketplace, which serves more than 2,500 licensed premises in the hospitality sector. The partnership aims to streamline transactions and financial processes across the supply chain, with Spenda integrating its pay-statement-by-link and accounts payable solutions into eBev’s platform. The phased commercial rollout is expected to generate around $800,000 in annualized revenue during the initial phase and aims for a blended net revenue margin of 2-4% across the eBev ecosystem upon full deployment.
