Exponent Founders Capital, a new early-stage venture capital firm based in New York, has launched with $125 million in funding, including a new $75 million Fund II vehicle. Co-founded by Charley Ma and Mahdi Raza, who have experience at companies like Plaid, Ramp, Alloy, Robinhood, and Stytch, the firm aims to invest in promising inception and early-stage companies in sectors such as enterprise software, fintech, and payments, infrastructure, applied AI, and vertical SaaS across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
