PayPal Ventures, along with MassMutual Ventures, co-led embedded insurtech Qoala’s $47 million Series C round, punctuating Qoala’s mission to drive financial inclusion through its omnichannel insurtech services across Southeast Asia. The investment enables Qoala to expand its embedded insurance business, integrate artificial intelligence across all channels, explore new products and partnerships, and enhance its agent platform. Qoala has shown impressive growth since its 2022 Series B, including 2.5x in gross written premiums and significant expansion in business partners.
