Constantinople, a banking-in-box fintech based in Sydney, has secured a $50 million Series A led by Prosus Ventures, with support from existing investors Square Peg and AirTree. Founded by former Westpac managers Macgregor Duncan and Dianne Challenor, Constantinople provides an all-in-one software and operational digital banking platform targeting retail and business services. With plans to expand into the US and other markets, the fintech aims to utilize the new capital to fuel its growth and R&D.
