U.K. fintech Vitesse has raised $93 million in a Series C funding round led by KKR to fuel its U.S. expansion, targeting insurance companies with its comprehensive treasury and payment management platform. Vitesse, founded in 2013 by Paul Townsend and Phil McGriskin, connects to a clearing system network to streamline international payments and offers services such as liquidity management, cash-flow forecasting, and real-time visibility into cash positions. The round, which included existing investors Hoxton Ventures, Octopus Ventures, and Hannover Digital Investments, will support Vitesse’s strategic growth stateside, spearheaded by banking veteran Curt Hess.
