CSG, a Colorado-based provider of customer engagement, revenue management, and payments solutions, has acquired iCG Pay, an integrated payment processing technology vendor headquartered in Florida, in a deal valued at $17 million. The acquisition will bolster CSG’s presence in the North American payments market by providing new independent software vendor (ISV) channel partnerships and a team of payments leaders. Once fully integrated, CSG anticipates offering enhanced solutions for automated clearing house (ACH) and credit card processing.
