Investment firms Battery Ventures and Silver Lake are considering selling Clubessential Holdings, aiming for a valuation close to $3 billion. Clubessential, the club management software giant, is projected to generate $255 million in revenue and $135 million in EBITDA over the next year. The Cincinnati-based company, which serves over 20,000 customer sites globally, operates nine brands and was acquired by Battery Ventures in 2016, with Silver Lake acquiring a minority stake in 2021.
