Kennet VI, a private equity fund backed by Edmond de Rothschild and British Patient Capital, has raised £225 million (€266 million) to invest in business-to-business (B2B) SaaS companies across Europe. The fund targets founder-owned, capital-efficient tech firms, and has already deployed capital to companies including Screendragon and Fluid Topics. The closed fund marks Kennet’s largest to date, reflecting its conservative investment strategy focused on sustainable growth, which has attracted significant investor interest despite challenging market conditions.
