WadzPay Worldwide, a Singapore-based blockchain firm, has secured a $36.7 million investment commitment from GEM Global Yield, conditional on the firm’s public listing within 36 months. WadzPay, a provider of SaaS solutions for virtual asset-based transaction processing , plans to use the funds for acquisitions, partnerships, and organic growth to expand its global presence across multiple regions.
