Global investor Prosus has invested $79.9 million in Mumbai-based fintech firm Mintifi, acquiring a 10.65% stake and valuing the company at approximately $750 million. Mintifi, backed by PremjiInvest and others, specializes in supply-chain financing and works with over 100 brands, including Tata Motors and Berger Paints. The investment follows Mintifi’s significant growth, including profitability improvements and expansion, as it seeks to strengthen its position in the fintech sector.
