Cardiff-based fintech startup Yoello, founded by Insider Rising Star Sina Yamani, has been acquired by global SaaS and payments provider Epos Now. The acquisition strengthens Epos Now’s position in the global payments market, enhancing its platform with Yoello’s expertise in open banking, mobile payments, and consumer loyalty services. Yoello has processed over $100 million in payments across ten countries. The deal marks a new chapter for Yamani as he shifts his focus to a new AI-driven SME solutions venture, Flytask.
