SBI Group will become the majority shareholder, reinforcing its commitment to Solaris’ long-term growth and leadership in the embedded finance sector. The fresh capital will drive Solaris’ profitability, strengthen its core capital base, and help it seize new market opportunities, following a successful Series F round in 2024.
