Flywire Corporation, a global payments processing and software firm, announced the acquisition of proptech Sertifi for $330 million with the aim of expanding its travel payments business with Sertifi’s hospitality-specific software. The acquisition adds over 20,000 hotel properties and empowers Flywire with extensive integrations to leading Property Management and Catering Systems. The revenue contribution of Sertifi for FY 2025 is expected to be about $35-40 million with positive adjusted EBITDA. However, that comes with (temporarily) diminished margins due to anticipated investments needed for scaling the combined company.
