Intapp, a global software provider, announced its acquisition of proptech TermSheet, with plans to integrate its capabilities into DealCloud, Intapp’s CRM platform, which was acquired in 2018. The combined platform aims to create a unified system for real asset investors, advisors, and operators, enhancing decision-making and workflow automation through applied AI and data-driven insights. TermSheet’s co-founders and team will join Intapp, and the new offering will roll-out advanced features to its existing clients, to be followed by a full platform integration.
