Luma Financial Technologies, a Cincinnati-based wealthtech platform for alternative investments, raised $63 million in a Series C round led by Sixth Street Growth, with participation from major financial institutions like Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and TD Bank Group. The funding will support Luma’s expansion into key markets, enhancement of its product suite, and scaling of global client support operations. This round follows Luma’s recent milestones, including opening a Portugal office and launching life insurance products, with Sixth Street’s Alex Goodman joining its board to guide further growth.
