RentSpree, a SaaS -based, online rental management platform, announced it has closed $17.3 million in Series B financing. The funds will allow RentSpree to expand its product lines to accommodate its mission of providing top-notch, simple to use solutions that modernize the rental process. Leading this recent round was Green Visor Capital, along with current investors 645 Ventures and Vesta Ventures. Joining as new investors were the California Association of Realtors, Venture MLS, ECG-RESEARCH, KEC Ventures, and Gaingels.
