Ambit Finvest, a division of The Ambit Group, LLC, said that it has acquired the Mumbai-based fintech startup SME Corner in order to expand its lending capabilities for small and medium-sized businesses. Ambit Finvest will acquire all the assets of SME Corner along with 300 employees.
