Deal Box, an automated platform for small private placements and capital markets assistance, has launched a venture arm with a $125 million investment goal in Web3/ blockchain/ crypto-focused firms. Deal Box Ventures will concentrate on startups in the following five sectors: emerging growth, real estate, fintech, social impact, and what it refers to as “FunTech,” which will examine “action sports, innovative leisure, and experiential consumer products changing the way we rest and play.”
