Paytrix, an embedded finance and payments company based in the UK announced $18.3 million in Series A funding just a few weeks after receiving a Payments Institution license. Paytrix believes that the high-growth vertical software sector lacks efficient means to pay and receive international payments. Through a single platform, one contract, and one API, Paytrix’s curated payments service eliminates many of these perceived challenges with complex foreign payment systems.
