M2P Fintech, a Chennai-based API infrastructure provider, has acquired transaction intelligence company Goals101 for approximately $30 million. The acquisition aims to integrate Goals101’s AI-driven insights to consumer transaction patterns into M2P’s suite of financial services, including its core banking and lending system, buy now, pay later (BNPL) functionalities and various card programmes, built to be embedded into the business offerings of banks, fintechs and non-bank financial companies.The move follows M2P’s previous acquisitions and reflects a strategic push to leverage data and AI in the evolving banking technology landscape.
