Fundcraft, a digital fund operations platform, raised €11 million in Series A funding, with a €6 million allocation from 3VC and MiddleGame Ventures that follows an initial €5 million tranche by Aperture Capital and SIX Fintech Ventures. The new funds will support Fundcraft’s expansion and product development, enhancing its platform’s automation, efficiency, and transparency for mid-market private equity and venture capital fund managers. CEO Julien De Mayer emphasized the funding’s role in accelerating Fundcraft’s mission to revolutionize fund operations and expand into international markets.
