Rainforest, an eCommerce aggregator based in Singapore, recently closed a $20M pre-Series A round led by Monk’s Hill Ventures. The round included new participants January Capital, Crossbeam Venture Partners, Amasia, and Lo & Behold, along with returning investors Nordstar and Insignia Venture Partners. The funding round comes four months after it announced it raised $6.55M in equity and a $30M debt facility to fund acquisitions.
