CompoSecure, a provider of payment cards and cryptocurrency storage and security solutions, recently announced Roman BDBR, a SPAC, may take the company public. The company recently partnered with Gemini, a cryptocurrency platform, to further its portfolio of digital assets. The company intends to further work with Gemini to provide crypto rewards cards.
