MoneyLion, a consumer finance platform, recently acquired Even Financial, a B2B fintech company offering a search, comparison, and recommendation engine via an embeddable API. The search engine offered by Even matches consumers with financial products from banks, insurance companies, and fintechs. MoneyLion intends to have Even operate as a subsidiary led by Even’s current management team.
