MANGOPAY, a payment solutions provider for e-commerce sites, was recently acquired by US-based, private equity investor Advent. The acquisition will result in Advent injecting €75 million of capital into the payment solutions provider. The investment aims to accelerate MANGOPAY’s growth, with a focus on vertical and product expansion internationally. MANGOPAY currently offers a developed set of dedicated value-added services for the needs of the rapidly growing B2B marketplace segment.
